Shipping Costs
At mtplace.mx, we strive to provide the best delivery experience. Enjoy free shipping on all purchases over $999 MXN (excluding leather jacket lots) to any destination in Mexico. For purchases under $999 MXN, the shipping cost is $130 MXN. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Couriers and Service Selection
To meet our delivery commitment, we partner with leading couriers such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Correos de México, and others, ensuring your order arrives in optimal condition. We use Skydropx, a shipping aggregator that offers various couriers and prices based on the buyer’s needs, guaranteeing flexible and competitive options.
Shipping Process
Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. Shipments are made Monday to Friday, and orders confirmed before 4:00 PM (Central Mexico Time) are shipped the same business day, subject to courier availability. Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment in real-time.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days from the shipment date, depending on the courier and destination within Mexico. In remote areas or during peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer. We strive to meet these timelines and will keep you informed about your order’s status. For a seamless experience, ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.
Shipping Insurance
All mtplace.mx shipments include insurance against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost. If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact us within 24 hours via mtplace.mx/contact or WhatsApp, providing photos or evidence.
Conditions and Exclusions
National Coverage: We ship to all of Mexico, but in extended or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may vary.
International Shipping to the United States and Canada
We offer international shipping with a cost of $1,000 (~$54 USD) MXN for retail purchases and up to $2,000 (~$108 USD) MXN for wholesale purchases.
